Edit Scheduled Transaction Link in the Transaction Drop Down Menu

I would like an easier way to edit future transactions. It would be nice to have an "Edit Scheduled Transaction" link in the Transaction Drop Down Menu.

It is very awkward from me to edit a future scheduled transaction. I read the instructions on line and don't understand where they want me to go. I've been using Quicken since 1972 when it was called Electric Check Book.

Thank you for coming to the Community to share your feedback! To clarify, which instructions did you find online? Was it this article: https://info.quicken.com/mac/edit-an-existing-scheduled-transaction-in-the-regi ?

To edit a scheduled transaction in your register, first, make sure that you have the correct timeframe selected to make the scheduled transaction you want to edit visible.

The scheduled transactions should appear in your register with a clock icon.

To edit the transaction, double-click on it.

Choose the appropriate option. If you select Edit Schedule, it will open the window where you can edit the transaction details and schedule.

You can also right click on a scheduled transaction reminder, select "Edit Schedule" from the pop-up menu, and then edit both the schedule and the other transaction details.
