Six months ago (or so), I changed my Quicken ID's email address on the website. (The old email address is DEAD and is no longer available!)
(obviously), I can login to the website with my new email address.
BUT .. the old email address is on my Quicken Classic Windows program.. and it's "grayed out", so I can't correct it to the new email address!
NOW .. Quicken Classic tells me the the subscription has EXPIRED.. (because it's unable to link to the updated Quciken ID online.
HOW DO I FIX THIS? (The support pages are NOT Helpful!)
