I have been getting CC-501 when updating SSFCU for several weeks now. I have already done the Deactivate/Reactivate several times and spoken to Quicken Technical Support. Please escalate this issue and fix it already! Thank you.

After reviewing your connections internally, it appears you received a CC-502 error, then later in the day, it resolved, and you were able to connect successfully. Is that correct, or are you still seeing the error on your end?

After reviewing your connections internally, I am not seeing any errors. What exactly are you seeing on your end?

I have the same error each time I try. @Quicken Alyssa, when you say "reviewing your connections internally", what do you mean?
I have been unable to download to my Quicken Classic B&P for MONTHS!!!!!! Sometimes I can go to their site and download, other times Quicken prompts me to set up the direct connection resulting in CC-501

When Quicken is unable to connect to your bank account for recent transaction information, you may receive a CC-501 Error.
If you receive one of these errors, please wait 24 hours and then try again. If the issue still persists after this time period, pleaseĀ contact Quicken Support.
This type of error may require our support agents to review logs in order to identify the issue and fix the problem.
By checking your connections internally, I meant that we have a tool that shows us your connection attempts and whether or not they were successful or resulted in an error.
