I went to download my credit card transactions from BOA in early May and the download window now said zzz_Bank of America instead of Bank of America- All Other States. I tried the deactivate reactivate maneuver. Quicken now says my two credit card accounts are linked but I am still seeing zzz-Bank of America and it says I have 0 transactions when I try to download. What am I doing wrong. What haven't I done?
