Is there a problem with PNC bank downloads to Quicken?

Pc downloads to Quicken seem to have at least a couple of problems.

1. Transfers are seldom accurate. They often transfer to the wrong accounts.

2. PNC credit card transactions are often delayed for 5-6 days. Some never show up and even need to be hand-entered.

3. These issues have gone on for several months.

If you have issues with transfer transactions not being generated correctly:

For best results manually enter transfer transactions into your register BEFORE you download transactions from the bank which contain the transfer confirmations. For recurring transfers use scheduled reminders and enter them a day or two before the due date.

Be sure to use distinct Payee Names for each transfer / credit card payment to avoid confusing Quicken - memorized payee entries.

That takes the guesswork out of the downloading process. Because a correctly entered transfer transaction already exists in your account registers, the Autopilot should just match the downloaded transfer transaction to the existing one in both accounts.

It sounds to me like you are experiencing missing transactions. We do have an Open Alert for multiple banks experiencing missing transactions with credit card accounts. PNC is not yet on the list of affected banks.

Please contact Quicken Support so they can go through some troubleshooting steps with you and verify if this bank needs to be added.

Seemed to start in January 2026. Perhaps when I started using a PNC credit card.

I use Express Web Connect

No error messages-just no transfers

My transfers from checking accounts to PNC savings accounts are most often sent to my other checking account or not at all.

Currently, PNC credit card transactions from the 13th to the 17th have not shown up in Quicken. does not seem normal.
