unable to download transaction for Ally card

Can you fix the issue? currently. I'm unable to download transactions for Ally Card. That said, Ally Card switched to Ollo Merrick Card.

When did you first notice this issue?
- Did the problem start when the Ally Card switched to Merrick Card?
Which connection option are you using to connect: Merrick Bank Credit Card, AllyBank, or something else?
What is the URL that you use when logging into the account directly through the financial institution's website?
Are you seeing any error messages/codes?
When did this change happen?
- Depending on how recent the change was, the financial institutions may not have made the data available for 3rd party apps yet.
