I know this sounds small but it is driving me crazy:
in QuickenClassicPremier ver R67.7
Acct Type: Normal Fidelity Broker acct with check register enabled and
Treat MM SPAXX as cash:
Does Quicken ever display to either the $$ value or share count that it received from Fidelity on a download? I don't see anywhere that the either the share count or $$ received from Fidelity is ever displayed.
I can see a cash value the holding, but it appears that it always e anywhere that QUICKEN actually reports the "cash balance" that is RECEIVED from Fidelity? Maybe I am missing something but everything I can find adjusts when I enter FAKE transactions in the check register. All the values displayed by Quicken reflect the results of the fake transactions. There doesn't seem to be anywhere that Q reports the value Q would be receiving from Fidelity. It is just what Quicken seems to generate on its own. Is that Correct?
TIA
