The last transactions One Step Update downloaded from my AFCU Credit Card were in early May. Since then One Step Update says I have no transactions, but I do have many posted to my account on the AFCU website. There are no error messages.

At this time I would say that I am good. I checked all the things you suggested to do in your post and there were no problems. I contacted Affinity FCU and explained that the problem seemed to have started when they changed their online banking login procedure. The rep said she would refer the problem to their "back office." I never heard back, then all of a sudden everything started to work again. I suspect that they found something they missed when they changed the log in procedure, that impacted QUICKEN downloads. Probably will never know, but everything is okay again.
