One Step Update has stopped working. When will the server be back up?

This is usually a short-term error that sometimes occurs. I just ran OSU in 3 different data files and it completed properly in each data file without any errors.

If you have not already done so:

Try doing OSU, again.
If you still get that error message: Go to Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Update Now. This will often resolve the issue for all accounts connected with that financial institution. Repeat this for each financial institution that you need to get downloads from.
If you still get that error message: Try OSU, again, later in the day or tomorrow.

You are welcome. Sometimes it can, as you found out, require multiple attempts.

I should have also noted that this error message usually (not always) relates to an issue with the financial institution's server, not with Quicken's nor the aggregator's (Intuit's) server.
