Getting error CC-501 for the last three days. See screen shot below:

According to our article on CC-501 errors, resolving the issue requires contacting Quicken Support directly, since they will need to review log files to determine what is causing the error message. Support will be closed in observance of Memorial Day on 25 May 2026.
To help troubleshoot the issue, I checked our internal tools and see you have also been receiving CC-503 (invalid credentials) errors. Have you seen those errors on your end?

It is possible that the errors are related. To troubleshoot the CC-503 errors, please backup your file, then follow these steps from our article on CC-503 errors:
New passwords: If you are required to make a new password, be aware that some special characters may cause errors in Quicken. These special characters are the ampersand (&), left carat (<), right carat (>), backslash (\), and forward slash (/). Additionally, while Quicken does not have a character limit, your bank may have one.
After the reset process is complete, attempt your online session again.
Try Deactivating and Reactivating the affected accounts:

Still having same error CC-501. I saw in another post that this maybe a credit union universal problem. Signing up for email digest as advised.

To confirm, did you try following the troubleshooting steps above? Did you encounter the CC-501 error while following those steps? Are you still encountering CC-503 errors also?
