Getting error CC-501 for the last three days. See screen shot below:

According to our article on CC-501 errors, resolving the issue requires contacting Quicken Support directly, since they will need to review log files to determine what is causing the error message. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday. Support will be closed in observance of Memorial Day on 25 May 2026.
To help troubleshoot the issue, I checked our internal tools and see you have also been receiving CC-503 (invalid credentials) errors. Have you seen those errors on your end?
