In Windows Quicken Classic Deluxe. When I try to restore from backup I get a message "Please enter a valid file name." error message.
I tried copying the file, saving it with a shorter name "Backup" and placing it on my internal SSD drive (not the NAS where I normally store backups). I have to find it through "Open Backup Directory". When I try to open the file I get a
When I close Quicken and just try to open the "Backup" file directly, I get the following:
I'm not sure where to have the system look for the resource it needs. I'm at a loss for what to do next. I started trying to restore from a backup because after resetting my connection to BOA Quicken wiped out 90% of the transactions in my main checking accounting for the history of the file (going back to 2017).
