Bond Maturity Date Report creates "Zero Shares" line items for each MiscInc transaction

BE AWARE: If a non-matured bond has any MiscInc (Miscellaneous Income) transactions related to it in the register, these transaction generate redundant line entries in the Maturity Date report for the listed bond, but these lines have zero (0.000) in the Shares and Value columns and "NA" in the Purchase Date column.

Not a huge bug, but I see a lot of these bogus lines in my report because I use "MiscInc" to record all Interest Income on US Treasury obligations (so as to use a separate category for tax purposes) and also for recording annual taxable accretion of bond discount where appropriate.

I have reported this problem in a bug report.
