Account Details General tab usually has an option at the bottom to auto reconcile and/or use the online account balance. I've noticed this is not available on several new Chase accounts…WHY?
Are the accounts activated for One Step Update? If yes, then the "Reconcile using online account balance" will show in the Online Services tab.
To switch between manual and automatic reconcile, start a Manual Reconcile and set the options to use

"Reconcile using online balance" IS Auto-reconcile.
Maybe I should have said this a little better …
Once you have "Reconcile using online balance" enabled, start a Manual Reconcile Process.
In this dialog enable "Online Balance" and, optionally, enable one or both of the (now enabled) settings at the bottom.
