In the last week or so the direct connection to Citibank is getting randomly lost.
I'm asked to Fix the connection. which I try to do…
It opens a browser at the Citibank authorization page, I select the accounts to share access.
I receive an email from Citibank: "You've authorized Quicken to access your Citibank account information".
then in Quicken it shows me the authorized linked account….I acknowledge…
and it rejects the linkage: an Orange dot - Fix It.
I tried multiple times, and it would link one account, and disconnect others….
basically…it's gone crazy..
