Is anyone else noticing that their account values are correct but that the day gain/loss amounts and percents are clearly off. Saying positive when BTC is down big.

Thank you for reaching out with this question! To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Where are you seeing the incorrect gain/loss information? Does time of day affect whether the information is correct or not? When I check the calendar, it shows Bitcoin is down today.

Hi Kristina. It has to be something I'm not understanding. I can look at a bitcoin account on quicken and it shows BTCUSD down 1.7% today. This is while BTC is down 5.5% today. What's BTCUSD tracking?
