Citibank "Reauthorize Data Downloads" with contradictory message(s). What do I do now?

Today, I was prompted to reauthorize my Citibank accounts. Once completed, the following message popped up with contradictory messages:

I didn't know what to do here, so I clicked Finish.

In my account list, I have 3 Citi accounts (one is "hidden" because I never use it), and it says the download is set to "No".

What is going on, and what am I supposed to do now?

I'm not sure what's going on here myself, but I got that reauthorize spiel myself yesterday. Looks like some new function that still has a few rough edges.

Instead of clicking Finish I went the "Add Account" route, basically reauthorizing my accounts twice. That seems to have finished the process, with all my accounts properly reauthorized and activated for downloading.

Try going to Tools / Add Account and see if you can activate / authorize the accounts you really use. Do not activate the 3rd one.
