Deactivated all accounts on one of my logins at AFCU. Did an ADD which came back and allowed me to reconnect all CDs. Attempted to do an Update and got this message.

Notice the grayed out Update Now button. Password is already in the Password Manager and is correct. Cannot do an update at all now. And the Account does not show up in the Update Account Settings window. How does this get fixed. In addition, the other three Login accounts at AFCU are still not working.

To help with further investigation, could you please verify and let me know which connection method is currently being used?

You can find this information by following these steps:

Open the account
Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner
Select Edit Account Details
Go to the Online Services tab
The connection method will be displayed below the Financial Institution

Also, may I know what happens when you attempt to link the other three login accounts at the same financial institution?
