Idea for Tag List

Tags are very helpful for reporting purposes. However, the "Tag List" window needs to have functionality similar to the "Category" window.

The user is able to see a "Category Report" showing a list of the transactions using the category.
When deleting a category, the user is warned whether or not the category is being used.
The user is able to merge one category into another.

The "Tag List" window should have the same functionality.
