I have multiple Capital One accounts in my household between me and my spouse. Recently while performing my one step update for all our accounts I got a message saying our accounts needed to be authorized. The problem is that Quicken will only let me authorize one of our card accounts, I don't ever get a prompt to authorize the remaining Capital One accounts even though we have been managing them all on Quicken for years. The accounts have different login IDs and passwords but the URL to access them via the Capital One website is the same. As a result I am unable to download and access my wife's card account in Quicken (mine works no problem). I also tried to do a stand alone update of my wife's card account by selecting it from the account list under the update now option but it only lets me authorize my card account not hers. How do I get past this issue and resolve it because I see the same error every time.
