Currently, column headers in Portfolio views wrap properly when viewed on screen but are truncated when printing.
This is particularly annoying for a Portfolio view that has several similar columns like "Avg. Annual Return (%) X-year"
Unless you make the column much wider than necessary to show the data, the time periods get cut off when printing.
If wrapping is not possible, please at least shorten the names to AAR X-yr or IRR X-yr, like the ROI columns. Some of the other column names are also unnecessarily long. There is already an explanation of the heading when you select it in the customization window or roll over it on screen, so little would be lost by shortening them.
Likewise, unless you carefully edit security names to make them short but unique, the names get cut off or take up more space than necessary, both on screen and when printed.
This Idea was earlier proposed in 2019, but it was closed and archived in 2021. Please vote for it by clicking on the little triangle above the vote count. It needs about 50 votes to be considered for implementation.
