I'm currently running Quicken Classic Ver R67.10 / Build 27.1.67.10. Since May 12th, credit card transactions are no longer downloading from either my Bank of America or Citibank accounts. I am not receiving a CC-505 error.
I've tried resetting the accounts and also deactivating / reactivating the accounts. Upon reactivation, Quicken shows a "successful" link and states transactions were downloaded for the last 20 days; however, no information is posted in the Register, Downloaded Transactions, or Pending areas.
There has been only one difference between the reactivations: Citibank recognized the existing account in Quicken and defaulted to linking to that account. Bank of America did not and wanted to Add an Account vs. linking to the existing account.
What else should I try? I don't want to lose the history on the Bank of America account.
