Missing downloads into Quicken

Have I missed any word on this problem? Credit cards are not being downloaded into Quicken and the one step update only comes back with the message "An error has occurred." with no error code or even a description of the problem. Quicken Help has been of NO help for me.

To better understand the issue, I have a few questions:

Can you upload a screenshot of the message you are seeing?
What is the name of the financial institution?
When did you first notice this error message?
Where is your Quicken data file located? To check, open Quicken and go to File. At the bottom of the menu, just above the Exit option, the file with the check mark next to it is the one currently open. Please provide the full file path shown there.
