I have been downloading from Vancity for years. I ceased to be able to download with Vancity's new website. I receive an error message that Quicken is unable to complete my request (OL-220-A). I contacted Quicken support and was told that Vancity wasn't providing information for all fields. I have been in contact with Vancity, but they don't seem to have any understanding of the problem and don't seem to care. Has anyone experienced this and been able to solve the problem?
