unlisted preferred stock showing zero value

As part of a debt reorganization, a preferred stock has been re-named and both the old name and new name are unlisted on any exchanges until it all shakes out and becomes official. Quicken has removed the old security and added the new security, but I can't figure out a way to ascribe a value, so it shows as zero value. My Schwab account online simply shows the value as what the values was on the day of the change-over.

Any ideas appreciated.

Do you care about Quicken's tracking of the performance and cost basis of this stock? If so, you will need to enter a Corporate Acquisition instead of the downloaded Removed and Added.

If not, or if you only have one tax lot of the security, you can edit the Added transaction to include the acquisition date and value of the new security.

In Quicken, to update a security price manually, you can also go to the Portfolio View.
Set the "As of [xx/xx/xxxx]" date to the effective date for this price change, press Enter.
Now go to the security entry in the view and type the desired price into the Quote / Price field. Press Enter or tab away from the field to record the update.

Or if you have a series of prices to enter for a security, you can click on the security name in a Portfolio view or the Security List to open the Security Detail page. Then click on More and select Edit price history to enter the dates and prices.

Thank you. On 1 PC, I deleted the offending transactions and the price stayed where it was. On the PC with the issue, I manually updated the price as suggested. Thanks again.
