Problem importing Summit Credit Union Payee information. (Q Mac)

Recently, when importing my data from Summit Credit Union, the PAYEES description appears as only "WITHDRAWL" with no further information.. the dates and amounts are correct. The result is having to manually enter all the transactions.

This was not the case three months ago. Summit says the issue is with QUICKEN, however my other financial account import normally.

Has the bank, within these last 3 months changed the formatting of their website? Compare an old statement with a new one …

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and report this as an Online Banking issue. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
