Since May 29, 2026 I have not rec'd downloaded transactions from PNC bank. Numerous transactions have cleared the bank, No error message has been received and the download report just says no new transactions.
I just ran OSU this evening and all of the expected transactions in all of my PNC accounts finally downloaded. So for me, all is well.

Just ran OSU and transactions did download. I had run it a little after 3 this afternoon and they were not downloaded. All is good now!
PNC has not downloaded any new transactions for my accounts since 5/29, as well. No error message and the OSU Summary shows that the accounts were updated but it also shows that no new transactions were doenloaded.
I am in the process of closing my PNC accounts so in the last couple of days I've consolidated my accounts balances via internal transfers. Most of those should have been downloaded during OSU but they did not. If they don't download by tomorrow then I'll know for sure that PNC is having another DC downloading
It also crossed my mind that PNC might be encountering an issue with the First Bank acquisition merger that is also impacting PNC's DC connections in general. It wouldn't be the first time something like that has happened.
