Can't connect to Elevations Credit Union

On June 3, I stopped being able to connect to Elevations Credit Union. I get error CC 601 trying to connect. I waited a day and tried again with the same result. This morning I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the account. Quicken would not reconnect.

The short summary of the error is this
