The next time that you try to download, using the old password, and error should be generated prompting you to make the change.
From within Quicken using One Step Update ot "Update Now": Look into your Password Vault for this bank. If it says "Password … Not required"
there's nothing you have to do right now. There is a token in effect between your Quicken data file, the Intuit server and the bank which handles logon processing for you. That token is good for a certain time period. However, when it comes time to reauthorize your accounts with the bank and you have to go through the reauthorize process (or Tools / Add Account), enter the new password when you are prompted to logon to the bank's website.
When using a web browser: You will need to use the new password from now on.
