I am unable to locate my Discover Bank (Savings Accounts) using the suggested instructions with respect to Capital One. I can see the Capital One Credit Cards, but not my Discover Bank (Savings Accounts). Please Advise…

To better understand the issue, I have a few questions:

Was the savings account created recently?
What happens when you try to add the savings account through Discover Bank?
Is the savings account visible when you sign in to the Capital One website?
During the authorization process, does the missing savings account appear on the page where you select which accounts to authorize for Quicken?
Has the account had any activity within the last 30–60 days? If so, were there deposits and withdrawals, or only interest deposits?

The answers to these questions will help us better determine what may be causing the issue.

The Discover Savings account has been in place for several years.

It fails when trying to add through Discover Bank.

It is not visible when I sign into Capital One.

The account does not show up as a selection.

The account receives interest on a monthly basis.

Has Capital One told you that the Discover Accounts have been transitioned?

I got the email a week or so ago that it was going to happen, but not yet and would be notified when it did happen.
