Can't make QuickPay to Citibank credit cards

I am unable to make QuickPay payments to any Citibank credit cards.

Quicken doesn't even seem to recognize the billing information as valid. I select either "Citi" or "Citibank" as the biller name, and enter the payment zip code from the biling statement – either with or without the four digit zip code suffix – and it is rejected every time. This has been happening for months.

I can successfully make credit card payments to other banks, it's only Citibank which isn't accepted. Is there some reason for this?

Thank you for bringing this up.

I am unclear on the process you are taking to use Quick Pay to pay this biller. Have you added this as an online bill? If so, you should be able to follow the steps outlined in this Support Article to pay using Quick Pay.

Paying with Quick Pay from the Main Menu

1. Go to Bill Pay > Pay with Quick Pay....

2. Follow the steps to pay the bill.

Paying with Quick Pay from the Bills & Income tab

Quick Pay only works with eBills. By default, your eBills will have the Pay with Quick Pay button.

1. In the Bills & Income tab, go to the Payees section.

2. Select Pay with Quick Pay.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
