Can't download transactions from Bank of America

Hello,

Windows / Quicken Classic Deluxe/ R67.10

Even though I am using Express Web Connect+ my transactions from Bank of America are not downloading. Nothing has downloaded in over a month.

All of my transactions from CapitalOne have downloaded.

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated!!!

Hi @DwenA,

Thank you for reaching out. I’ve checked your accounts, and it looks like they are connected to an older Bank of America instance. This is likely why new transactions are not downloading.

Before proceeding, please save a backup of your Quicken file. Then, follow these steps to deactivate and reactivate your accounts using the updated connection method:

1. Deactivate the affected accounts

1. Select the Tools menu and select Account List....
2. In the Account List, select the account you want to deactivate, and then click Edit.
3. In the Account Details window, click the Online Services tab.
4. Click Deactivate next to the service you want to disable.
5. Click Yes to the message confirming if you want to disable this service. 
6. Repeat these steps for each affected account.
7. Log in to your bank’s website and revoke Quicken’s third-party access (if applicable).

2. Reactivate and relink the accounts

1. Go to Tools> Add account
2. Select the bank for the deactivated account(s). If prompted, select the connection method.
3. Enter your credentials and click Connect.
4. When the list of located accounts appears, choose LINK next to each account you want to reactivate (do not choose Add, as that would create duplicates).
5. Click Next then Done on the last prompt.
