I am getting this error message about Wells Fargo when doing a OSU.

The message you're seeing is provided directly by Wells Fargo, not Quicken, so you'll want to contact Wells Fargo for additional details about the restriction. Based on the information in the message, it appears the block is expected to remain in place until 6/16 at 14:00 MDT, at which point you can try connecting again.
If Wells Fargo provides any additional information, feel free to share it here, as it may help other Community members experiencing the same issue.
I connect with WF via Direct Connect. I've had no error messages like this one (or any other) for quite some time.
Which connection method are you using? Express Web Connect+ ?
Which type of account(s) are set up for downloading?
I use Direct Connect also with WF. Ran OSU today with no issues.
I also received this message on the morning of June 10th along with CC - 501 error. I use EWC + to connect. I reauthorized and was able to connect along with downloading transactions. However, the "Connections are blocked…." message still occurred, although I remained connected. I also use Quicken Simplifi and the "Connections are blocked…." message also occurred and no transactions downloaded. On the morning of June 11th everything was back to normal on both products.
Well, the error has stopped well before the stated 6/16 end date. 🤷♂️ Something odd was going on from the WF side, I guess.
I use EWC, and it is usually problem free.
