Thanks. Since this case remains open, is it possible to keep the Community Threads open for this case? There are a significant number of people VERY interested in getting this issue resolved, and I know we all would appreciate knowing how the case is going.
Yes, we can keep this thread open. You can simply check in once a month to reset the inactivity timer and prevent the thread from being automatically closed.
