One step update not updating American Express card

All of a sudden 2 weeks ago One step update stopped updating American Express card transactions. I use WIN 11, Q version R67.10, Build 27.1.67.10. I get the below error message. I contacted AmEx and they stated all good on their end and is a Quicken issue. Q support states this is an AmEx issue.
