Stock price not updating after hours trading price

Question

Quicken classic premier for windows. The Investing report started showing a stock that was bought and sold in 2025. I restored a backup version from several days ago and that old stock was no longer listed - problem solved.  However, the investing report was showing after hours stock prices  but now when I update after the market is closed it is only showing the closing price at the end of the market day even though Real Time Quotes is checked. How can I fix this?  Thank you

Kristina, Thank you for offering assistance. The problem did start after I restored the backup but only lasted for part of the weekend. I've been checking the last couple days and it is updating the price during after hours so I guess that problem is solved

* Did this issue start immediately after you restored the backup?* If not, was there any action that seemed to trigger it?

* Does the price update as expected when the market opens?
