Citibank credit card downloading duplicate and missing transactions

This has been going on for a month or so. I'm downloading from the Citibank website to QFX file. Some transactions are duplicated. Some are missing. I tried renewing the connection, which resulted in downloading a couple of hundred duplicated transactions. Quicken Classic Business and Personal for Windows. Version R67.10. Build 27.1.67.10. Running under Windows 10 Home. Called Citi support and they don't know what the problem is.

Please clarify the EXACT financial institution name you're using. For credit cards issued by CitiBank, the usual FI name is "Citi Cards".

Also, are there duplicates within a single download, or does the download contain dupes of prior transactions?

HOW is that QFX file being created?

Have you changed download methods? Because part of the downloaded file is a field called "Financial Institution Transaction ID" (FITID), which is how Q detects dupes. BUT different download methods can create different FITIDs for the same transaction, so Q wouldn't recognize it as a dupe. Renewing a download connection can also cause this.

BUT, why are you apparently initiating the download manually, rather than using One Step Update or "Update Now" via the Gear icon in the account?
