Ent Credit Union CC-508 error

I haven't been able to connect my up-to-date WIndows Classic of WIndows to my Ent Credit Union accounts. I get a CC-508 error. I did confirm that there are no pop-ups or requests in my online ENt account. This has been going on for a week. Rest and deactivate/reactivate did not fix the issue. Is this a known issue?

I would appreciate it if you could provide additional details by reporting the issue through Quicken Help and submitting your log files. This will allow us to forward the information to the appropriate team for further investigation.

To send your logs:

Open Quicken
Click Help
Select Report a Problem
Click Send to Quicken

Once submitted, please let us know. I look forward to your response!

Quicken won't let me send the report as the default is more than 10 files - which files would you like me to include?

11 files is the default BTW…

You can deselect any log file whose name contains OLD.
