Prior to opening another Chase credit card, when executing the One Step Update process, for the other Chase accounts, Quicken always reflected the "Last Download Date". For some reason this is not occurring on any on the Chase credit card accounts even though they are set-up for transaction download and Automatic Entry is set On.
I've tried the Reset Account and Deactivate/Set-up options the Chase accounts to no avail.
Has anyone experienced this issue and have any suggestions?
