I am unable to delete an account because Quicken says there are transactions to be downloaded

I recently moved accounts with my brokerage. After creating a living trust Charles Schwab created a new account, moved the transactions and deleted the old account.  Quicken will not let me delete the previous account because it says there are transactions to be accepted.   The account shows a balance of 68 dollars but I have no ability to edit the account.  Has anyone else experienced this.

Thank you for reaching out. Sometimes, there are transactions downloaded ready to be accepted that you don't see in the register. Please check if there are downloaded transactions stuck in the Online Center with the following steps:

* Go to Tools.
* Select Online Center.

* Choose the financial institution associated with the affected account.
* Select the affected account.
* Open the Transactions tab.

If you see any new transactions listed, click Compare to Register. This should bring the transactions into the account register, where you can review and accept them.

Once completed, try deleting the account again.
