"Misc Exp" in Investing register not transmitting to cash account

Running Quicken Classic Deluxe on Win11—

When entering a Misc Exp in the register for my investment account (such as for monthly advisor fees, etc.) it has historically (until March 2026) shown a cash transaction in the associated cash account. The last time it worked was Feb—now it converts the "Misc Exp" entry (from the transactions dropdown) to "Withdrawal", but does not link this expense over to the cash account, thus throwing off the cash balance.

Both Quicken and Windows are running latest updates. Any advice on fixing this would be appreciated.

What is the EXACT entry, in the Action column, for these transactions? MiscExp, or MiscExpX? Note that the final X indicates a transfer to/from another account, while the entry without the X changes the funds in the current account.

Likewise, Withdraw should be WithdrwX.
