Opening on launch in Full Screen (Q Mac)

I'd like to know how to open say, my Checking Account in Full Screen.

At the moment, it opens in restricted size. I have to click the green button, for example, at the top left hand corner to resize to Full. That's a bit tedious.

Quicken Classic for Mac is designed to reopen to the same window or register that was active when you last quit the application. For example, if you leave your Checking Account register open before quitting Quicken, it should return to that register the next time you launch the application.

Regarding Full Screen mode, Quicken does not currently have a built-in setting to automatically launch directly into macOS Full Screen mode. If Quicken does not reopen in Full Screen, you will need to click the green button in the upper-left corner of the window to expand it.

As a possible workaround, some Mac users create custom shortcuts or automations using tools such as Keyboard Maestro to launch an application and perform additional actions automatically. While this is not a Quicken feature, it may help reduce the number of manual steps if you frequently use Full Screen mode.

You can also use the keyboard shortcut Command + Control + F. Additionally, to ensure the app opens in full screen every time, quit the app while it is in full-screen mode and adjust your System Preferences to uncheck "Close windows when quitting an app." See if these help.

This does not work for me. As you know, I'm running the latest version 9.0.3

When I close the app in Full Screen, then re-launch, I get the small screen?

Hi @QuickPeter,

If you haven't done so already, I suggest opening Quicken and resizing the window to your preferred size.

To do this, move your cursor to the edge of the window until the resize arrows appear, then drag the border to the desired size. Once you have the window sized as you would like, quit Quicken. The program should remember the last window size and reopen using those dimensions the next time you launch it.

Yes. But the keyboard instructions are generic for macOS.
