Can't download my transactions from AMEX. Error CC-601. I deactivated and reactivated my online services on all my AMEX accounts, it still doesn't work.

The CC-601 error has been escalated, and our team is actively working toward a resolution. At this time, we do not have an estimated time of resolution (ETA).

It doesnt help and this issue has been going on for 2 weeks now. With what we pay for Quicken for software as a service, Quicken needs to do a lot better fixing these bugs that pop up regularly.
If you're a Q Windows user: First deactivate ALL AmEx accounts then, when all accounts have been deactivated, use Tools / Add Account to reactivate / reauthorize your accounts to Bank name American Express - Delegate.
This got me out of the CC-601 doghouse …
If you're a Q Mac user, try the same, if "American Express - Delegate" is available for you.
I'm having the same problem. I've reauthorized American Express multiple times, but I've never seen a bank name saying American Express-Delegate. What's that?

The Community Alert is still open, and our Support Team is actively working toward a resolution.
In the meantime, there is a workaround. As @UKR mentioned, you can deactivate and then reactivate all of your American Express accounts. Before following the troubleshooting steps below, I recommend creating a backup of your Quicken data file.
