Download issues: TJX credit card

Question

Recently, I can no longer download TJX MC transactions because somehow the account is tied to my Lowes MC.   Quicken will not give me the option to deactivate because it apparently its not activated.   It takes me straight to the Set Up Now menu.   When I go through the Set Up menu, Quicken automatically attempts to go to the Lowes.syf.com website.  I don't see where I can change the Lowes website the Quicken attempts to reach when trying to setup my TJX MC connection.   I think the problem is that my TJX MC and my Lowes CC are both handled by the Synchrony Acct Manager.   If fact, when I go to either the Lowes CC website or the TJX MC website, both cards show up together on the Synchrony Acct Manager web page.  Somehow Quicken is locked in on the Lowes CC acct and won't let me connect to the TJX MC acct.   What do I do?  Thanks.

Yes, both credit cards are actually issued by Synchrony:

I don't know what happened here but maybe try this:

With the TJX card disconnected for downloading go to the General tab of Account Details and erase both the Financial Institution information and the Account Number information.  You can only do this if the Account is not set up for downloading.

Now go to "Add Account" and specify Synchrony as the financial institution and you should see this:

Maybe at this point - or before even starting the process - call that phone number and ask which "Synchrony " to use for the TJX card and select that one.

Quicken will ask for your User ID and Password for the account and you enter that.

Quicken should find the TJX card account at Synchrony and present it to you, asking what you want to do now.  You carefully LINK the account at Synchrony to your Quicken TJX Account, not ADD it.
