trying to connect Advancial FCU accounts to Quicken for Mac, the case says that it is resolved, however, it still does not work for me. Is there anything special that I need to do?
This is from the post Quicken Kristina (RESOLVED 6/20/26 Advancial FCU - FDP-105/CC-505)
Hi @mljjbj, Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. After reviewing my internal tools, I found that the FDP-105/CC-505 error is no longer present on your account. Instead, the error is NO_ACCOUNTS_FOUND, which is being investigated under a separate ticket: CTP-17586. I recommend uploading the logs.
To do so, go to Help > Report a Problem.
Let me know once you upload that information so I can add it to the investigation ticket.
I look forward to your reply. [CTP-17586]
Same for me. I tried disconnecting all my advancial accounts. When I try to add them, I can't add anything, including the savings and checking accounts which were "working" this morning. I have no new transactions, so it is hard to say whether it is really working or not.
Very annoying that you report a problem fixed and the solution is worse than the original problem….
No ability to cut/paste the stupid error message and I'm tired of retyping it. "Quicken couldn't find any accounts to add."
Hi @BH2,
Thank you for reporting this issue.
I’ve checked the submission you sent via the Quicken Help menu, but I wasn’t able to locate the log files; only the screenshot appears to have come through.
Could you please try sending the log files again? When doing so, kindly ensure that all available log files are selected before submitting.
For reference, please see the screenshot below:
I’ll keep an eye out for your response.

I just sent log files. Thanks for your response.
I've been having similar errors connecting to Advanical FCU since late May as well (Quicken Mac). Called in and was told the issue was going to be escalated. Something has changed but still can't connect to my accounts. Tried to disconnect two accounts and reconnect but the reconnect failed because there were not more accounts. The other four accounts show a 1006 error and three with 324 error. Reconnect does nothing.
Carlos. Thanks for the response. I worked with Aroldo over the weekend and he esccualted my case. I believe it is 103158, but not sure. He did take all of the info (+some) that you are asking for. Just checking on the status. Please let me know.
Thanks.
Hi @AKmike,
Thank you for joining this thread. I'm sorry to hear that the issue is still persisting. I understand how frustrating it can be when there isn't a clear update or resolution available.
After reviewing your accounts, I found that two of them appear to be successfully connected, while the remaining accounts are returning an ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND error. Could you please confirm whether any of your accounts are currently working, or if none of them are updating successfully?
If none of your accounts are working and you're receiving 1006 and 324 errors, please try disconnecting and reconnecting all affected accounts by following the steps below.
Step 1: Deactivate the account(s)
Step 2: Reactivate and link the account(s)
NOTE: This process will download 90 to 200 days of transactions, depending on your bank. If you find duplicate transactions in your account(s), you can delete these transactions from the account register.
If the issue persists after completing these steps, please let me know which error message you receive when updating or reconnecting your accounts. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could submit your log files so we can forward the information to the appropriate team for further investigation.
To send your logs:
Once submitted, please let us know. I look forward to your response!

I tried this again with the remaining accounts that I had linked. I disconnected all of them. Quick Quicken and restarted Quicken. Tried to link accounts but Quicken error that it couldn't find any accounts to add. Tried it again and got the same error. No progress on fixing this after a month.
Just send my log to Quicken.
BTW - I'm not receiving any email digest reports.
None of my Advancial accounts are working.
Thank you for submitting your log files. I’ll forward them to the appropriate team for further review.
Regarding the email digest issue, could you please uncheck the Email Digest checkbox, refresh the page, then check it again? This may help resolve the issue.
If needed, you can follow the steps here to locate the Email Digest checkbox.
Feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance. We’re happy to help.
What is the current status of this issue? After a month it does not seem to be resolved. This is something that used to work, for years, now it doesn't. Please update what is going on.
