Setup OSAIC eQuip Pershing account

I'm trying to set up my OSAIC eQuip Pershing account in Quicken Classic. I can log in to my account on the web. When I try to add the account in Quicken, I enter my username and password. The connection fails. It comes back saying that I need login information from Osaic eQuipt Pershing accounts. Is there something I am missing?

Thank you for reaching out! Based on the screenshot you provided, it looks like you're trying to connect using Direct Connect. Some financial institutions require you to perform additional authorization on their website in order to connect via Direct Connect in your Quicken file. Have you checked the financial institution's website or contacted their support directly?
