I'm on Quicken Premier, release 67.10Build 27.1.67.10. Express Web Connect + hasn't worked since December. I finally decided to unlink and re-link the account in hopes this would fix it. Bad mistake. When I did that, it re-imported all the transactions since last December, but worst of all, it now treats all payments as debits. Debits are also treated as debits. I've deleted the payment transactions and re-entered them with the same result. Right now, the account is unusable. I can't even manually re-enter the transactions properly. Has anyone resolved a problem like this?
