When will the NC State Employees Credit Union errors on download be fixed? This has been going on for weeks now.

Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA as to when this issue will be resolved. It has been escalated internally, and our team is working toward a resolution.
In the meantime, I recommend bookmarking the Open Alert for this issue to be notified of any progress or changes as they occur.

The State Employee Credit Union-NC still has errors and does not update or download transactions. It has now been over a month since i reported this. Can you give me any time frame on the fix. This is very important.
