PNC Double Entering ATM Surcharge

If I do a cash withdrawal from my PNC account where an ATM surcharge is included, I get two entries downloaded from PNC: One with the withdrawal plus the surcharge, and a second with just the surcharge. I then have to manually delete the second duplicate surcharge. Is anyone else seeing this?

Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community and for letting us know that you are experiencing this issue.

To better understand what may be causing the duplicate transactions, I'd like to ask a few questions:

• When did you first notice this issue?
• Could you upload a screenshot of the duplicate transactions in Quicken, along with a screenshot of the corresponding transactions from your bank statement?
• Can you check whether the duplicate transactions have different Downloaded IDs or the same Downloaded ID?

To view the Downloaded ID:

• Click the Register Columns gear icon at the top right of the account register.

• Place a checkmark next to Downloaded ID, then click Done. (If you use Two-Line Display, you will need to select both Downloaded ID and Downloaded Reference.)

• Review the Downloaded ID. This is the unique identifier assigned to each downloaded transaction and is used by Quicken to determine which transactions have already been downloaded and which still need to be downloaded.
