The short answer is yes.

Quicken license allows you to run it on as many instances, editions and operating systems as you like. You just need to be VERY careful of one thing: If you want to share the same data file back & forth between two Win10 & Win11 computers, you need to work with only one Quicken file. Meaning if you want to use it on the next computer, you should MOVE it from one to the other. To further clarify this point, the moment you copy and use the Quicken data file on computer-2, consider the prior one on computer-1 obsolete or you may cause data corruption. It requires discipline and many users do this with caution.
Of course, if you are working on two different data files on each computer, then that is not an issue.
