Issue with Downloading Transactions (CIBC)

Everytime we try to update our chequing, savings or credit cards from CIBC we get this error in Quicken: "Unable to update these accounts because of an error on the Quicken server"

Running Quicken on Windows. Version R67.8 - Build 27.1.67.8 Canada Edition

After reviewing my internal tools, I found that the accounts are currently showing a Status: OK.

To better understand the issue, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

When was the first time you received this error message?
Could you upload a screenshot of the error you are seeing?
What connection method are you using? To check, go to Tools > Account List, then click Edit next to the account and select the Online Services tab.

Have you restored a backup recently?
Where is your Quicken data file located? To check, open Quicken and go to File. At the bottom of the menu, just above Exit, the file with the check mark next to it is the one currently open. Please let me know the full file path shown there.

Hello, I've been having this error for a few weeks - so say early June. Screenshot of error & connection method below

I'd really prefer not to restore to a backup. Can you describe what you think that would do/fix? Thank you

Typically, we ask users to wait 24 hours, as suggested in our support article, since this error can sometimes be temporary. However, since you mentioned that the issue has been occurring for a few weeks, I recommend contacting Quicken Support for further assistance. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time or escalate the issue if necessary.

Phone support is available Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM PT to 5:00 PM PT.

Since this type of error may require our support agents to review your logs to identify the cause and resolve the issue, contacting Support is the best next step.

When you contact Support, be sure to mention that the issue has been occurring for more than 24 hours. This will help the support agent better understand the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.
